We started The Madden DeLuca Foundation to carry on the name of our son who passed away at 12 weeks old in the pediatric intensive care unit at the Stollery Children’s Hospital due to heart complications. Through giving back to others our family will continue to build Madden's legacy (and help heal our broken hearts).

Some of the ways we plan to give back include:

• Bringing blankets and sock monkeys and other items for babies in the Stollery Children’s Hospital
• Arranging for a professional photographer to take family photos of long term ICU children
• Sponsoring a make a wish child each year
• Providing four season tickets to FC Edmonton games so families can take a break from the hospital and spend some time together outside

We will also hold a few events each year to raise money that will enable us to continue giving.
