Personalized Necklaces 

A while after Madden passed away some friends gifted me with a beautiful personalized necklace so that I could wear it and always keep Madden close to my heart. It was a gift I cherished very dearly and it made us want to offer this same gift to other mothers who have recently lost heart children.  

In 2014 The Madden DeLuca Foundation began offering personalized necklaces to moms of children who passed away due to cardiac complications.  These necklaces are something that moms are able to wear  at all times to keep their child close to their hearts. The necklaces can be inscribed with the child’s name and include charms that symbolizes their child. On average we gift 2-3 necklaces per month. Our hope is that these necklaces serve as lasting memories, bring comfort and let these families know they are not forgotten or alone.
