Dear Team Madden,
Attached are pictures of my nephews with their Team Madden heart monkeys.
My nephews, Xavier and Elliott (Elliott is wearing the green stripes), love the heart monkeys they got for Christmas. What I didn't know was that these weren't their first gifts from the Madden DeLuca Foundation: Elliott was born with CHD and was sent to the Stollery for his surgery in July 2016. It was during this stay that the boys were given a cloth square with ribbon fringes from Team Madden (it's in the pictures if you look closely!).
Thank you, Team Madden, for being there for every family who lives through this terrifying time and for all you do to keep the CHD research going.
